All clients must complete a health assessment before receiving IV therapy. NK Wellness reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe for the client.
All services are provided by appointment only. Same-day appointments may be available based on schedule. A valid booking confirmation is required prior to service delivery.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
NK Wellness provides mobile IV therapy services across District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia at client homes, offices, or hotel rooms. The environment must be safe, clean, and suitable for medical treatment.
NK Wellness is not responsible for any adverse reactions if a client fails to disclose accurate medical history or follows post-treatment instructions incorrectly. All clients accept full responsibility for providing accurate health information.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive IV therapy unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with prior approval.
